I feel like I need to update my review now. My wife and I have been under contract twice for houses within the span of 3 weeks. Both times I hired Brandon with Ranger Home Inspection and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. His knowledge and experience is what brought me back to hire him again for the home we are currently under contract with. In addition to his expertise, his prices are very competitive and they won’t hurt your bank account either! His scheduling is very flexible which I like because some option periods can only be a couple of days. When he does the inspection, he thoroughly inspects every. single. aspect of the home. Even my realtor mentioned that the listing agent was amazed that he inspected the home for over 2.5 hrs! This last job I hired him to do, I couldn’t be there. However, he called me as soon as he was done and communicated everything that I needed to know in order to renegotiate with the seller. By the end of the day, he wrote out a full easy to read report, with plenty of illustrations and comments on how to handle and do repairs. With all that being said, I fully recommend Ranger Home Inspection for anyone. Whether you are buying your first home or your 6th.. or just want to know the shape of your current home, Brandon will take care of all your concerns and needs in a professional manner!
